Turned bad service into good

I had a claim for a ****** saddle last week. After a rocky start King Price turned indifferent service into great service and paid me out within a week. Lesson learnt, don't insure an item that your insurer doesn't understand because it can delay the claims process. Thanks King Price, I was very grumpy at one stage but you really came to the party and delivered great service.
