Turnaround time on resolving claim appalling!

<p>There is a pending third party claim with KP since 20 July 2016. All documentation was submitted accordingly by 21 July 2016. Today is 15 September 2016 and still I have not received constructive feedback. 2 months down the line really guys??? The quotes were valid for 30 days, they have now expired also we in spring prone to rain, the damage on my car might take a turn for the worse! Im terrified of what will the the TAT in an extreme accident??</p> <p>Please resolve this urgently. claim reference: CKP ********** /1</p>
