Tshepiso Thole is awesome. He was so empathetic and calm when I called about my son being in an accident. He arranged and coordinated everything that needed to be done and he kept me updated. After the whole ordeal, he called me to advise me on the next steps and reassured me that my son was ok as the First Help gentleman was with him.Big up Tshepiso.
