Trying to cancel for over a week

I asked King Price for a quote. I wasn't happy with the quote and decided not to go ahead with it.

It has been a week trying to cancel it. Each time when I send them an email instructing them to cancel, they will call me and try to **** a negotiation. Please cancel. I don't want to negotiate. Not sure what is their game plan because even if they go ahead and debit my account, I will simply reverse the transaction with my bank.

For anyone reading this and considering asking them for a quote. Please don't bother. You will waste over a week to cancel it.
