Insured my Samsung Note 10 +, for more than a year, Apon losing my phone I tried to claim and submitted all the requested documents. Because the proof of ownership does not directly state in words that the phone is dual sim, I am told I will be replaced with a single sim. Samsung was willing to even assist them that the description clearly indicates the phone is a dual sim.
