Trouble with my insurance company- KING PRICE

I had an accident and the person who was at fault was the taxi driver for taking the wrong route. The driver hit me and the whole frontal part of the car was damaged and the car was a write off. The accident happened on the 18th of November 2022 coming from work. on Saturday i made a claim and asked me to submit the important documents for my claim. i submitted it and the person assisting me with my claim was Claudine. On the 28th Of November 2022 she called me telling me that i **** to King price about not being involved in a ******** record. i said to her i did not know anything about the ******** record and asked her to be more specific, she told me i have a ********** case for earning a social grant when i was employed from the period of 2004 to 2008, therefore King price will not pay for the car. i told her i was not aware of the case since i was called to court to pay a bail of R500 and repay the money. between the period of 2004 to 2006 i was getting a substitute post of 6 months and i was not permanent. i only become permanent in January 2007. i asked her how come the bank funded me if i had a ******** record and asked her why did they not investigate when i joined for the first time if i had a ******** record or not, why is it only being discovered now when its time to pay out. i told Claudine that these ******** records have nothing to do with the car and the King price is running away to pay.
