Treated with the King's kindness - Anri Louw

As a new client I am very eager to be one of the King's Royals. Unfortunately my first debit order has not yet been deducted as it should have. My policy started on the 1st of June and this morning I phoned you guys to see what's up? Anri Louw was able to help me with such warmth and Kindness. The moment she started speaking to me, I knew that I was in good hands. She confirmed that this was a problems on the bank's side and assured me that we are still covered if something were to happen. We also sorted out some minor details on my policy that was still due and made sure that the vehicle inspection was received and sent to the right department to ensure the safety of our cover!
