Dear Ronald Pillay

Thank you for serving me as royalty, with you and King Price - I really did feel like a queen.

This was my first household claim, and after the theft and invasion of our privacy, i was very emotionally shaken up. Then the worry and anticipation of the process of how to go about with a claim.

I then had the privilege of having Ronald Pillay allocated to my claim. From the time we first spoke on the phone, he was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me with each and every step what was required of me. The process required phonecalls, interviews, and forms...but he let me work at my own pace. He never hurried me along, but always available to explain things simply to me and help me along.

King Price does really live up to its name - putting me back in the position that I was before the theft.
