Treated like a VIP but then thrown out with the trash.

I asked for a quote to compare to current insurer. I was told during the quoting process that I'm a VIP. I felt so very much appreciated and valued by Chairnaine, one of the managers whom dealt with me directly. But once the quote was done and you realised it was more than my current insurer, I didn't even get the courtesy of a call. The vip treatment stopped instantly. It was a very heart breaking experience. From suffering from a really bad depression due to the struggles of life, as so many do, this really broke my heart. Just got a quick email with the expensive quote and then thrown out like the trash. Not even a phone call. I'll never approach King price for a quote ever again. You should feel ashamed for making a prospective client feel like trash.
