Treated like a Princess...

<p>In today's average-to-poor service industry, I was completely blown away by Basie Piek and his Team at King Price. Within 4 hours of notifying King Price of my problem, and after a public holiday, which may have caused delays (16/06), my claim was approved. Unfortunately, the service which I received from the preferred supplier was not so sterling, but once again ~ Basie stepped-in. Literally, within 30 minutes, a new supplier had been allocated the repairs to my vehicle. 24 hours later, all the details have been 100% confirmed. Thank you King Price for a great product, and even better service. Paying insurance premiums may seem like a grudge payment, but not when you know that awesome agents such a Basie are there to assist you, and really care.</p>
