Treated like a KIng

<p>I submitted a claim on Saturday 12 November 2016, we had storm damadge at our home I was given the option of one of King Priceses people comming out to assess the damage due to us only being home the next Friday the 18th to let the person in, they gave us the option to get a independant person out to make it easier for us to get the damadge cleaned up. I mailed the gentlemans assessment report with photos thru on Monday morning 08:35 by 10:27 I got a phone call from Caroline Sharp to inform me our claim was approved for the assesment amout. All staff related from the minute I made the first call till the moment I received the call from Caroline Sharp to them just a big thank you in this time of majour nature events with high claim volumes I never spoke to a rude or rushed person everyone was very helpfull and understanding and I salute you all for a job well done and making me feel llike a King.</p>
