TREAD WITH CARE WHEN DEALING WITH KING PRICE INSURANCE

<p>I requested a short term insurance QUOTE only from King Price Insurance. To "verify" my details they obtained my ID, Cel number and Bank account details as part of the "verification". They never SEND ANY documentation at all regarding this quotation and thus I took it that they were not interested in my business!</p> <p>I received my Bank Statement and low and behold they organised a debit order without my written approval and deducted the amount of R503.77 on the 1st June 2016 from my account. I emailed them concerning the account, telling them that I do not want their insurance and demanding my money be refunded! I got this reply from them...</p> <p>"Hi Gerhard</p> <p>We would like to urgently look into this for you, may we please have your ID and contact number ?</p> <p> Royal regards</p> <p>The kings court "</p> <p>Today, 17th I checked my bank statement again and beleive it or not there is a further R503.77 withdrawn from the account on the 15th June on this debit order, even though I requested the Bank to stop this order!</p> <p>My advice to all who are considering short term insurance is - "TREAD CAREFULLY WHEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION FROM THEM BEFORE COMMITTING TO THEM". I HAVE HAD THE WOOL PULLED OVER MY EYES BY THEM.</p> <p>I AM A PENSIONER AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS TYPE OF EXTRAVAGANCE.</p> <p>G Bester</p>
