Traumatic accident claim experience

I'm going through a traumatic experience with my accident claim with King Price insurance. The investigator they sent by the name of Rodney Mahlangu tried his best to try and creative a misleading narrative. After being honest and submitting all I was requested I was heavily interrogated and even asked to sent proof of writing exams I said I was studying for. I was even asked "what is wrong with me?" This is no way how to treat clients. Even before completing his report he already predicted that another specialist would be required. Rodney treated me like a ******** who was lying about my story after being honest and submitting everything. He even came to my place of residence without going through the documents I had submitted. I ended up breaking down mentally with how he treated me. This is no way how to treat clients, even if the aim it to find fault.
