TOW TRUCK ARRIVES 3 HOURS LATER!

I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from King Price this morning. My car broke down at 08:30 and I only got towed at 11:48, after throwing multiple tantrums and voicing my frustrations about how I was at risk for being female and stranded in a vulnerable area close to the freeway. <br> <br> I spoke to the call centre agent who was organizing a tow truck 10 times, and explained explicitly where I was. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was agitated because he found me at a \different location"to the one that was initially sms'd to him. I find this highly appalling because I explained my location to the King Price agent"
