Totally disappointed dissatisfied

Ever since I shared my experience here on hellopeter it appeared that the above insurance was ready for the tasks unfortunately up until now the car has been parked at the panel beating shop and the only calls I get from the panel beaters is that " your car has been brought to us it's here... unfortunately we don't have received the parts up until now n we're sorry that nothing has been done to your car till now and my question is to kings price" what is it that they have been doing all along behind the scene since they took my car to be accessed by their assessor up until now where even the parts are still not provided to the workshop I think I must start looking somewhere while they're still playing a race card n failing to pay back my access from 27/04/21 with no reasonable report ie 3 yrs has passed now I'm now worried when are we gonna get our car back n would everything that is supposed to be fixed and replaced be done accordingly..... I doubt but I will take the car first thing for the "Inspection "🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️😡😡😡😡
