TOTAL INCOMPETANCE
On the 2 July I accepted a quote for insurance from kingprice I thought the consultant was very professional and everything seemed great,during the week I changed my mind and I have decided to keep my current insurer , I have called the cancellation department and been told it is cancelled and I would recive a conformation mail , I have not received anything, this morning I get called by cartrack wanting to install a tracking unit from king price , I have also emailed a letter informing kingprice I do not require the insurance can somebody please sort this out its not good I would like confirmation that everything is cancelled and in order I really expected more and this would influence my future decision on changing to or recommending king price to anybody can you assist please<br> thanks
