Top notch customer service

<p>Thank you so much King Price Insurance! We were recently stuck by lightning which took out all our TV and electronics in the bedroom. King Price sorted this out in record time. Johannes Swarts (Broker Claims) was dealing with our claim and he is by far the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, he responded to all emails, calls and queries within minutes and kept us in the loop all the way. Thank you so much Johannes! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is (unfortunately) the second time we have had to claim from them and both claims have been dealt with so professionally. King Price Insurance is the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to change their insurance.</p>
