<p>I had the pleasure of dealing with a King Price Customer Service agent named Kevin Bezuidenhout and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kevin promised me from the onset that he would "make my day" and he surely delivered on this promise.</p> <p> </p> <p>My "gripe" was resolved in the calmest, friendliest way possible and the outcome was like an additional bonus to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i rate Kevin highly in terms of "Human Relations" since he has that elusive quality which makes one feel valued and respectyed as a customer in addition to walking the extra mile in making the experience memorable and ultimately financially viable - which is basically what we are all after.</p> <p> </p> <p>So thank you Kevin Bezuidenhout, you have an additional believer.</p>
