Too much effort to call me

I am an existing client of king price. I sent a mail requesting someone to contact me regarding additional insurance.<br> <br> I received a call but I was told he couldn't help me but that someone else would definetly contact me soon.<br> <br> I have yet to hear from them, obviously business is so good that they don't need to call customers.<br> <br> Wonderful service king price has, customer means nothing to them
