Today, I received the annual policy review documents and I immediately realized they duplicated my claims and brought it to their attention. The consultaltant called me back to remove the extra claim they put on my profile, but to my surprise, the premium immediately went up again. This even was less than an hour apart. I asked him to rather remove the changes, but he said there's nothing he can do. I am now even afraid to call another consultant to make corrections because the premium might increase again. Not first experience with this insurance. I have been with them for almost 2 years now. The consultant was a bit harsh, he didn'teven confirm the new premium with me before processing like others would normally do to avoid this incident. Yet he said he's the supervisor.
