Today, I had a rare, fantastic experience dealing with a call center agent that I wish I could talk to every time I need assistance. Nola Lukhele from Retentions, King Price, helped me today, eager to assist as best she could. I was not disappointed. Having been recently retrenched, I was upset to find a 50% annual increase coming up on my insurance policy.
