To the King...insurance compliment

Just had an awsome experience with King Price Insurance , thanks to a young man called Ziyaad Moosa.I had a policy taken out a day or two ago with a different gentleman for a vehicle. I'm wasnt too happy with the quote then , but I accepted it. I had a quote done today by a different company which came in cheaper. I phoned the King to review my policy done a day or two ago. I was transferred to a young man who answerd to the name of Ziyaad Moosa and explained to him what had transpired. He immediately with his friendly tone told me he will have a look at my policy and low an behold he betterd my quote. I think its awsome service because we so quick to jump down these guys throats not realizing they follow protocol. We never give them the time to explain or to review or give them their dues.We always complain and never take the time to say Well done to a person like Ziyaad Moosa who went the extra mile for me.You made my weekend like i said.King Price should feel proud to have you on their team. Please feel free to show your team and supervisor or manager what a great service you rendered me . Once again great service..Well done...keep up the great service and great attitude.
