Tired Beggar

Okay everyone so I am a bit disappointed that it had to come to this now to hopefully have this matter resolved... I’m a KP client and they have been amazing, but I’m tired now of begging,honestly I’m begging and I don’t feel that I should be a beggar. Anyway I’ve signed up to the Chilli Car Tracker Insurance policy with the pay as you drive km thing because I work and stay abroad and my car is most of the time parked. As part of this cover as everyone knows, you have to have the Chilli tracker device installed in the car? Since I signed up for this policy that has not been done, so now the question is in the event of my car getting ****** or high jacked who will be responsible for this or who will take responsibility as I’ve been begging and begging sending emails after emails and getting promised that it will be sorted, but nothing happens! It’s been ever since July now and nothing, I followed up on 4th January again and no response I requested a call back today and hope that they will call me tomorrow to have another try! Honestly it shouldn’t be this difficult, I mean I have a tracker in the car and that didn’t take almost 8/9months to get attention. KP I’m putting this out here for everyone to be my witness that in the event of an unfortunate event, I as the customer will deem your section in the terms and conditions stating that you will not be covered for car high jacking and or ****** if the chilli device is not installed as null and void!
