Time is ticking!!!

My dad was hijacked on Wednesday evening so I contacted King Price to inform them but I could only get through to them and I made the claim on Thursday morning and I was given claim number CKP ********** /1 and I was told to contact them with any updates I receive. So I phoned them when the tracking company contacted me and notified me that the vehicle was recovered in Tokoza and the consultant that the phone was handed to - Megan - was very rude and unprofessional when I asked her what I should do because I was at the scene where the vehicle was found and the Police said they will take the vehicle to the police station (Palm Ridge PS) and then to the pound in Benoni (Van Ryns Deep Pound). She then said it's fine I must let the police take the vehicle to the pound and an agent will go to the pound, collect the vehicle and take it to one of the King Price facilities and that's when that call was ended. Then later on on the same Thursday, Tougheeda contacted me and told me that she is the consultant that is appointed on the case and she is there to assist me, she spoke to my father and me and she told me she will email the requirements to me and as soon as the documents are received they will appoint an agent to collect the vehicle from the pound. She sent the email with the requirements ( · Copy of police report
· SAP13 number
· Investigating officer details
· Neighbours contact details
· Copy of dad’s id and driver’s license) to me at 2:22pm. I went to the police station in Booysens where the case was opened and they referred me to Aeroton and said this is where all the documents for car thefts are filed. I went to Aeroton and when I got there they said I must go to Benoni at Van Ryns Deep Pound in the morning and I will find the documents there. On Friday morning I went to Benoni to the pound and I was told that I could only get the SAP13 number I must go back to Aeroton for the copy of the police report and the investigating officer's details. I noticed that the right back window was opened and the car was beeping because the battery was flat. I went to Aeroton and got the copy of the police report and the investigating officer's contact details and I immediately sent it to Tougheeda, this was at 11:27am and I told her that the pound said that they close at 14:30 and I also noticed the cars right back window is open. At 11:45am she responded and said that she has referred this matter to their pound agents to assist with the recovery and she will keep me updated once the vehicle is released to them. At 2:03pm I requested an update from her as the pound was closing at 2:30pm on that day. She phoned me back telling me that they were still waiting for an agent to be appointed as one hasn't been appointed as yet because I sent the documents late. I reminded her that the cars window is open and the pound is closing soon and I asked her if there was no way she could get someone to collect the vehicle she said no that's just the way their process is and she doesn't know when the vehicle will be collected from the pound. At 10:42am I emailed her asking her to please phone me with any updates that she may have as I'm stressed out there hasn't been any movement and I had told her that the right back window was open and it's been raining all weekend. A Chyanne/Shyanne phoned me at 11:13 am and told me that a Wayne will contact me for further details regarding the vehicle and he still hasn't. It is well after 2:00pm now and I still haven't yet gotten any feedback. I am highly aggravated and frustrated with the unprodessionalosm and pathetic service that I am getting from this useless insurance company!!! I am also going to take this up with the Insurance Ombudsman as I am not getting what I am paying for!!
