Time and the manner of processing a claim stinks

when do the claim they treat you as a ******** its like you have done an offence and they don't even care about how do cope within their very long claim process. They took two weeks to process a car claim not caring about how am I getting to work and then after two weeks its only when Crag Visagie calls me asking for my bank statement but they getting my premiums every month . The last time when I got a call it was a day after the accident when I was interrogated by Lesekgo not even caring on how I feel. They claiming on treating customers as kings where's they treating them as garbage, it was my first claim for crying out loud I was expected to treated with respect!!!! I am not recommending any one to use King Price i hope this is my first and last claim I am going to change the insure .. Sorry !!!
