I would like to Thank Thulane Malinga for exceptional customer service. With reductions in salaries and forever increasing bills and expenses, i called KP to try to prevent or reduce an annual increase and Thulane came to my rescue and helped with my efforts to reduce the increase. Thank You Thulane, you are most definitely polite, friendly and very helpful... You are a sterling example of an employee who takes care of the customers for their company...
