Throughout the years I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism in how call center staff and advisors have handled my calls - always happy always energetic which picks up a clients mood if they are having a bad day - today I spoke to Ayanda and he was so professional and helpful and I would give him 20 out of 10 if I could - he assisted me with my query without any hesitation - thank you
