I regret getting my car insured with kingprice, but I was involved in a car accident at the Gosforth plaza toll gate, the car was written off. Reported the matter to King price and opened an accident report at germiston police station. Its been 2 weeks no resolution and I haven't been offered a courtesy car. I got a call this morning from Faron bedwell she said I should go to germiston police station to get the accident report and to go to Gosforth plaza to get the accident records (isn't it the insurance responsibility). I want nothing to do with king price. They debited their premium today even though I don't even have the car anymore.. Worst service I've received for a service I am paying for
