This morning, I lodged a claim for damage to my car on the app and was told a customer service agent would contact me within 2-3 days. This afternoon Brilliant Shabalala phone me and took me through the intricacies of registering the claim. Such a polite, helpful, efficient customer service agent, she made me smile and restored my faith in customer service with pride. She went over and beyond to assist. I have the hugest respect for her and her work ethic.
