I had the pleasure of being assisted by a superb consultant Mthokozisi Makalane. I was accidentally debited and I had been advised that someone would call me to inform me when the refund would be processed. unfortunately no one contacted me. I then had to call King Price again to follow-up, Mthokozisi Makalane was so professional and enthusiastic to help me understand what might have gone wrong.
