This is sad

My vehicles water pump was faulty so I went through the process of having a claim put in as a warranty claim. I was told the parts was had rust on them so it will not be covered because the pump did not fail and because it was covered with rust either the car had been neglected so im paying for a policy that will only pay if the engine overheats or the engine stop because I neglect it...........🤔
