This insurence doesn't want to payout my claim without a valid reason, forcing me to go their panelbeaters.

Well they agreed to payout and I sent my quotation which is lesser than theirs.

Kindly know that your claim department hasn't called top give me valid reason why am I forced to go to your panelbeaters when I submitted everything they asked for for payout
