This afternoon I got a call from a call center agent wanting to check wether I have any issues with regards to my policy and to find out wether all my details and request made on my policy previously was correct and to my satisfaction. I was so honored to receive the call and felt proud being a long standing client of Kingprice I have not once been turned away by Kingprice.I forget to note the agents name but I want to thank him whole hearted for doing this.People generally complain about insurance companies but my side I have non.my only request is for one of their senior management give me a call to chat one one and know what is going on .I await this call.thank you once again KP TEAM
