Third-party claim

I have a third-party claim with kingprice and assessment of the damages of my vehicle was done by kingprice appointed assessor and panelbeater through their advice. I was actually advised by kingprice to take my vehicle for assessment through their own assessor and panelbeater so that my vehicle can be repaired quicker and simple. I have taken my vehicle for assessment around the 14 June 2017, to the assessor and panelbeater of their own and choice as I have been requested by kingprice. The third-party gave me the claim number to claim for the accident longtime ago but I am always told that they are waiting for the client in order to process the claim. Every time I follow up on the claim I am told to wait for Monday and when Monday I do the follow up I am told to follow up again on the next Monday because they waiting for the client. I don't get a proper or clear answer on what the client is supposed to do because she had already given me a claim number on the 12 June 2017 with claim number: CKP ********** /2. I was told again today that I have to make a follow-up on Monday next week because they are waiting for the client. I don't what is it that they are waiting for and for how long. The accident in question happened on the 03 June 2017 and until today my car is not repaired and I don't know why is the claim not processed or paid so that I can repair my car. I was advised by kingprice that using their processes will be much quicker and simply but I am frustrated about the delay nor the dodge explanations. I don't even know what to do because I am always told to wait for Monday and I have to make it my job to do a follow-up with kingprice if I need them to help me. Sometimes they respond to my emails late with the explanation of follow-up on Monday again.
