They will not let you cancel

Signed up for vehicle insurance then got a better deal and wanted to cancel sent 2 requests then been on hold for 15mins (currently still on hold as I'm trying this out). The fact that they trying to keep locked you by making it so difficult to to cancel is a clear indication to me of how difficult it would be to logg a claim God forbid I need to. Oh yes still left on hold and I will not drop until I get this policy canceled. Really think twice about getting this, and dont fall for their bs
