They were very understanding when I missed my premium and kept me covered for 15days even though it was unpaid
They were very understanding when I missed my premium and kept me covered for 15days even though it was unpaid. They were so under and happily arranged for a pro rata for the remaining month. My queries always get resolved when I call them. Been with them since 2016
