They were quick to initiate my claim and flexible enough to out it on hold while I attempted a 3rd party claim
They were quick to initiate my claim and flexible enough to out it on hold while I attempted a 3rd party claim. They still allowed me to finish with my claim when I rejected the 3rd party insurer's offer. And managed to finalise my claim within 5 days. Outstanding efficiency
