They take our money but provide no service

Disgusted at King Prices aweful service. Been waiting 2 weeks for aproval on repairs on my car that should take a day. Last week we were told it would be assessed by friday. The week before we were told it would be assessed on that friday. Yesterday we were promised an answer by the end of the day... no surprises that another promise wasn't kept.

Not to mension my husbands car... took 3 months for King Price to allocate a repair provider. Then when the hail damaged areas paint has peeled and flaked off because of waiting so long you wont repair that because hail doesnt chip the paint. The car came back looking worse than when we sent it to JoziHail, as well as damages done to central locking of the vehicle. Someone was supposed to come have a look at that car yesterday.... amd surprise surprise, no one showed up.

I am sick of paying for a service and getting nothing but hassles. My husband has spent over 2 accumulateve hours on the phone and we still have NO RESOLUTIONS. This is rediculous.
