They really do not care about us

<p>On Saturday my car window was smashed and damaged, their claims department was not in and was told to call on Monday. I submitted my claim and seems nobody cares about my safety. They keep on asking "is the car drivable" I mean the car can get me from a to b but I have to check up on it every 5 minutes since the entire back window is off. All I have received so far is a claim number and no follow ups. I'm extremely dissapointed in the service, yet when they deduct my funds they're always available. I need something done immediately. I cannot drive around with a car with no window!!!!! Theyre telling me theyll get back to me within 48 hours to 14 days, utter nonsense</p>
