They not a good insurer, they will use their powers to suppress your voice

If anyone who could avoid this company please do at all cost. Our car was ****** in mall@reds, last year August. The assessor interviewed a car card who gave him a story which was not true and the story that has changed from the car guard 5 times already, but the insurance refuses to pay our claim.

When they failed to investigate the ****** car, we did our own investigation and even when the information is furnished to them, they will not even entertain those leads because somehow they fear that thier staff will be exposed in the process.

This insurance company is not honest at claims, and their assesors are very dubious I might add, and unfortunately management only listen to them, it does not matter how much you can show them the truth, they will not listen.

If you are looking for insurance, and somehow you stuck on here, please move on

We've had a deeply frustrating experience with King Price Insurance. They expect us to jump through hoops, but we have referred our case to the ombudsman and are ready to take it to court if necessary. We were shocked to learn that our experience is not unique; court records show similar cases against this insurance company. Even if we don't find others in the same situation, we're prepared to go at this alone.
Not only has King Price Insurance failed to pay our claims, but they have also disregarded our perspective, taking everyone else's word over ours. They even re**** on a statement from an individual who might be homeless and not mentally stable, which we find incredibly unfair. To make matters worse, they canceled our insurance, leaving us to deal with the financial impact.
We want to raise awareness about these issues and hope that our experience helps others avoid similar challenges. We will continue to fight for justice and ensure that this impact is felt by King Price Insurance through bad publicity.
