They increase my premiums with 40percent, and communication was sent via email, which for me is less interactive. I would suggest that they communicate via sms or whatsapp so that a customer can negotiate prior to them deducting the new installments amount. I called them, and they reduced my premiums with R250, which subsequently translated to a 13 - 15percent increase.

Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
