they have great staff but i think they can improve of the settlement process.

Never thought i'll say this because of the feedback some friends gave me about king price but i must say my first time claiming from king price was a good one....simple because the outstanding attitude from Marius Van Der Merwe no doubt that he is a excellent asset to king price i felt comfortable and at ease when dealing with him and he did his outmost best to get my matter resolved. the only reason why i gave them a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating is because my payout for my claim is being placed on a card that is limited to the stores they have on a list i think this wrong as i loose the ability to shop for the best price to replace my goods that i claimed for. look im with king price for 6 years and never claimed and with other insurance companies before that for another 15 years and I NEVER claimed at all.. this is truly my first time so again the agent made it a breeze to process this but i think that king price cannot dictate to you where you must buy your items you claiming for.
