They have extremely poor security systems and don't reply to mails
They have extremely poor security systems and don't reply to mails. They are unable to identify themselves when they call and the only way they interact is if you are willing to give them all your personal info based only on the word of a stranger that they are who they say they are. I'll be switching to someone with better information security systems in place.
