THEY DO NOT CARE ...
As a commercial client with an urgent claim, the service from King Price was absolutely terrible. After numerous calls and messages to King Price, I had to sort he problem out myself. No claim, No assistance, No guidance and NO FEEDBACK. Then they phone me back 3 days later with "OK, you did it yourself". PS - I am still waiting for a "Manager" at King Price to call me back......
