They do everything to reject warranty cover

I added two cars onto the warranty cover, in two different months. During the first conversation and agreement, nothing was mentioned about the 30 days no cover waiting period. When adding the second vehicle, this was clearly mentioned and I agreed to it. Unfortunately the vehicle I covered first needed repairs within the first 30 days, and GRSA on behalf of King Price, rejected the claim, citing the waiting period. If they hold me accountable for what I say during these recorded calls, then they must also do the same when they don't declare certain things upfront. During the underwriting in June 2019, no waiting period was disclosed to me. Even the policy schedule that was emailed to me did not specify that there is a 30-day waiting period. The waiting period only came up during the claim stage, which is unfair.

I need King Price to review the rejection and reimburse me for the costs of repairs, as well as to fix the injectors which have not been fixed.

King Price must insist on Diesel Lab to give them proof that indeed the injectors were damaged in July 20119 in the form of a report from when the car was with them. I can't bear the burden of proof.
