I am extremely disappointed with King Price Insurance's lack of response to my email regarding the unsatisfactory claims process for our vehicle.

The interrogation my wife endured was not only irrelevant but also distressing, raising serious concerns about your customer service approach.

Moreover, the three-week delay in claim approval and the subsequent lack of progress on repairs is unacceptable.

It has now been over a month without resolution, which is far from the efficient service promised by other insurers.

If this situation does not improve soon, I will reconsider my relationship with King Price.
