They did not keep their promise

I m very frustated with my insurance company on the 16th of december I had a car problem the ignition was not turning then i phoned them they organised a breakdown for me and they agained phoned me and tell me that they have gud news they booked for a car to be repaired and i am not going to pay a cent toyota garage will phone me to pick a car once it is fixed they promise that i will get a car on the 17 december 2015.i did not requested them to send my car to toyota for a repair but today they are telling me that i have to pay toyota myself but initially they said i will only collect my car en continue with my journey back home to attend my family funeral.Right now i am renting a place to stay because i am waiting for my car today i dont know how must i go home now because i dont have even a cent now.I phoned toyota and they are saying they are waiting for approval before they fix a car i dont have that kind of money they want 2200 to fix a car.if for the first time they did not promise me anything i should have used my money to go home.tomorrow i have to be on a funeral
