These guys make cancelling a policy painful
These guys make cancelling a policy painful. I have done multiple call backs, finally someone calls me back and says they will transfer me to another department, which I get back through to him only for him to inform me that someone will call me back as they're busy. Nobody calls back. I even sent through an email yesterday of which nobody responded. Pathetic service from King Price.
