These guys have increased my monthly premium because i claimed but my car have not be repaired as yet.

these are the questions i've asked but i didn't get the answers but they sent me the policy wording which was not sent to me the day i took this insurance. i would like to ask the same questions from them.

1. What is the proper reason for my premium to increase and for you guys to reduce what I was insured for?

2. This is my first claim so what claims history are you talking about?

3.How do you increase my premium because you haven't even repaired my car?

4. What are the terms and conditions if you claim, does you premium get increased immediately or you guys assess the damages?

5. My premium is being increase from R1017.61 to 1317.25 for a R15 424.20 claim? R300 difference?

6. Can you please provide me with a voice note where I was told that if I claim my premium will be increased immediately or send me the email that you send me with that information.

7.You have reduced what i'm insured for from R170K to R140K but still you increasing my premium? for me if what im insured for decrease and my premium must be reduced as well.

8.If you saying you increasing my premium because of my claim, are you talking about the claim that is under the process? the car is not fixed yet.

I will really appreciate if I can get answers because at the moment I'm lost. I'm stressed that it's taking forever for my car to be repaired but I'm paying every month. Now you stressing me more for increasing my premium.

its not fair for you to increase my premium yet you have reduced what i was currently insured for. if you redure what im insured for, please do the same on my premium.
