<p>After 2 weeks of getting nowhere with my claim's advisor, I spoke to Stef**** from motor claims who assured me that he will get an assessor to assist me. Warren Scrimgeour came out to assess my car the next day, and requested CIL the very same day. I thought WOW that's great of Warren, but it was short-lived as the rest of the team was a let-down again with regards to payment. King Price should have more members on their team like Stef**** and Warren who go the extra mile to assist clients:) Just a pity that Stef**** and Warren's service excellence is overshadowed by other team members lack of service!</p>
